Hi, I’m Lewis Greenup, founder of Lewis.
It started with a simple frustration: too much strategic planning felt disconnected — from people, from purpose and from practical reality.
During my 15 years of working for leading consulting firms in and around clubs, I kept seeing the same pattern repeating. Clubs were investing time, money and effort into strategic plans that never got used.
I believed there had to be a better way — one that recognised a simple truth: great strategy is about people and the choices they make. And the magic happens when you connect the two.
That’s why I created Lewis.: to deliver no-BS strategy work, real results, and a better consulting experience, focusing on registered clubs and member based organisations.
